01 / Discover Calzagna
The comfort of lasagna.
The character of pizza dough.
The surprise is bringing them together.
Calzagna folds lasagna into a calzone: a crisp outer crust giving way to a soft, layered centre. Familiar Italian food, with a different way to enjoy it.
Guido’s ambition is to bring that experience into a premium frozen format—something to keep at home and look forward to eating.

Lasagna gives the centre its familiar, generous character.
A chef-developed frozen-food concept for enjoying at home.

02 / Meet Guido Sutti
Guido’s story begins in northern Italy. His curiosity took him further.
At 22, he left his valley for London. His journey later led to Scandinavia and years of restaurant work. Italian cooking remained a constant, even as the kitchens and countries changed.
As a chef and pizzaiolo, he brought that experience to a simple idea: combine the layers of lasagna with the folded dough of a calzone. Calzagna became a recipe to return to, test and refine over the years.
Now he wants to share more than the finished recipe. Guido can visit partner facilities, demonstrate his method and train the people who will make Calzagna—carrying his experience from his own hands into a new team.
03 / Years in the making
Experience. Experimentation.
Another test. Another refinement.
Calzagna grew through years of recipe development. Through hands-on testing, the idea became something tangible: dough folded by hand, prototypes baked and batches prepared for evaluation.
The next chapter is a partnership: taking that recipe into commercial production with Guido’s guidance and a partner’s facilities, while testing the process, consistency and finished product together.

Good food should fit into real life.
The vision for Calzagna is a premium Italian eating experience in a convenient frozen format: ready to keep at home, prepare when you choose and enjoy around your own table.
It brings a chef’s recipe and an unexpected format to a familiar occasion. The aim is a meal to look forward to, with convenient preparation developed and tested alongside a manufacturing partner.
We’re seeking partners to turn this recipe and frozen-food concept into a commercial product.

You license the recipe, production know-how and registered Calzagna brand. The agreed licensee pays royalties linked to Calzagna sales. The rate, sales basis, reporting, territory and any exclusivity are agreed together before commercial launch.
No. We are looking for partners with suitable production facilities, or retailers working with manufacturing partners. The partner provides manufacturing and distribution; Guido provides the recipe and hands-on guidance.
Yes. Guido can travel to a partner’s facility, demonstrate the recipe, train the team and help establish the production process. The scope, timing and costs of visits and ongoing support are arranged individually.
